Île de la Cité

In the heart of Paris, this natural river island has been utilised for centuries and is steeped in history.  While many of the historical buildings that previously existed on the island are gone, it is still home to three medieval buildings.  This is a series of the day to day life on Île de la Cité and life along on the Seine River.
