Confinement during the pandemic was difficult for everyone but the situation for people practicing triathlon, who were committed to maintaining a training schedule, brought added challenges. In Paris, individuals were only allowed to go outside for one hour per day and within a one kilometer radius of their residence. Athletes had to adjust their training to fit their new reality.
